RELAXING MASSAGE - This massage is purely for relaxation, to increase circulation and lymphatic drainage and to encourage the release of endorphins. No deep tissue work is involved in this massage.
£25 for 1 hour + £5 for each extra 15 minutes.
* Full Body Massage is available for women only. Upper body massage is available for male clients and it is a requirement that loose fitting trousers are worn for the treatment.
THERAPEUTIC/REMEDIAL MASSAGE
This treatment includes deep tissue work, neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue release and hot stones.
50 minutes - £30
1 hour 20 minutes - £40
AROMATHERAPY - £35
THERMAL AURICULAR THERAPY - £25
£5 for each extra 15 minutes on all treatments
A 50 minute treatment usually involves massage to the back neck and shoulders. A shorter time can be spent on the back allowing time for massage to the face and head or a popular combination is the back, neck and shoulder massage finishing off with a brief foot massage.
An 80 minute treatment usually involves massage to the back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms and hands but as with the above massage it can be tailored to suit the needs of the client.
Home visits can be arranged.
