I have been running my Holistic Therapy Practice in Salisbury for 10 years, the most popular therapies being REFLEXOLOGY, MASSAGE and AROMATHERAPY. I first started using complementary therapies 17 years ago to help with sleeping difficulties and all the associated problems that occur through lack of sleep. Over the years I have been able to help many people suffering from the same problems, by treating them with the various therapies, and feel that having experienced insomnia myself it has given me a greater understanding of the effects and loneliness of this condition. Lack of sleep can make you feel as though you are losing your mind and this is a terrifying prospect, sometimes simply talking to a fellow sufferer can help to break the cycle and also help to identify the cause of the problem. I have had a great deal of experience in treating the following conditions using Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Massage and Reiki. Pain, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, asthma, psoriasis, eczema, PMS, migraine, digestive problems, menstrual problems and stress. STRESS As stress is reported to be responsible for, or a contributing factor to a great many ailments, then relaxation must therefore be of huge importance to the restoration of health to both mind and body. MASSAGE I am trained in many different aspects of massage ranging from relaxing Hot Stone Massage to deep tissue Sports and Remedial Massage which includes Muscle Energy and Neuromuscular Techniques. REFLEXOLOGY As part of my training in Reflexology I was fascinated to find that many conditions that I accepted as just part of life greatly improved or disappeared all together; such as headaches, PMT and I even started to sleep. This sort of improvement happens regularly with Reflexology, a person will have a treatment for a particular condition and find that there is a vast improvement with many other niggling problems. AROMATHERAPY I found similar amazing results using Aromatherapy Massage, such as a case of Eczema clearing up within only three treatments. Most clients fall asleep during this immensely relaxing treatment and everyone so far has reported a feeling of well being afterwards. REIKI My training in Reiki is based on the original teachings of Mikao Usui - Reiki's Founder - which is being introduced to the west by renowned Reiki Master Taggart King. I did my training at The Holistic School of Reflexology, a course accredited by The Association of Reflexologists. I am also trained in Vertical Reflexology, Cranio-Sacral Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Advanced Massage Techniques, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology, Thermal Auricular Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.
